We are a family business keen to raise the standards of student accommodation in Nottingham, paying attention not just to the quality of housing but also to the needs of our tenants. We manage properties in the city that are conveniently located for both the University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University. Our properties are of high specification and as such appeal to many young professionals as well as students.

We offer comfortable, clean warm and safe housing close to the universities and the city centre. All houses have central heating, shower, fridge, freezer and a washer. There are microwaves in some and dishwashers in many. Every house has a corgi gas safety certificate, hard-wired smoke alarms, fire extinguisher and fire blanket. Nearly every one has a burglar alarm, with outside security lights in many. A high proportion have NTL internet/telephone points in each bedroom.

But much more than this - we are endeavouring to bring student accommodation into the 21st century. So as well as safety features we aim to provide stylish places to live for the young professionals of the future. We realise today's students are ambitious and discerning and as such we're keen to dispel the "it's only students" attitude that can sometimes be found in this sector of the housing market.

We have earned an unrivalled reputation with the universities and City Council through our commitment to high standards, integrity and excellent customer service. In a recent survey, 100% of our tenants described themselves as satisfied or very satisfied with the service t6hey received from TEM. Their comments included:

Differentiated by price and standard we offer two types of properties - DeLuxe and Standard - with prices varying between £30-80 per week depending on area and quality.
