At present from our office in the heart of Lenton we have over 90 properties, which are fully, let each year to well vetted students.

We can also offer a full house management service for landlords who do not live in Nottingham. This may be a parent who have bought a student property in the city but are too far away to ensure their investment is being looked after and a good return is made.
